My experience at Tbelle has been rewarding and strengthen my communication, and adaptability skills.The good thingsOne thing I’ve really enjoyed about working at Tbelle as an RTA is the supportive and people-focused culture, even though we work remotely. Communication and collaboration are always encouraged, which makes it easy to stay connected with my team and aligned with our goals despite the distance.
The challengesThe only challenge has been adapting to different tools and systems while working remotely. It takes discipline to stay focused and organized without the immediate, in-person support you’d have in an office environment. However, I’ve learned to overcome this by improving my time management, using communication platforms effectively, and being proactive in keeping the team informed.
