    A great workplace with a positive culture and supportive management.
    The good thingsI have been working with Tbelle for four years, and it has been a very positive experience for me. The company values its employees and creates a supportive and respectful work environment. Management is approachable, and there is a strong sense of teamwork within the company. I appreciate how the company takes care of its people and provides a stable workplace where employees can grow and feel valued.
    The challengesLike any workplace, there are always opportunities to improve processes and communication as the company continues to grow. However, the management is open to feedback and continuously works on improving the work environment for employees.

    Positive, supportive work environment with hands-on leadership, company-wide activities, and the flexibility to work from home
    The good thingsWorking environment is positive and supportive. Team members are nice. Client manager is hands-on. People-centric HR, thus, making it easy to reach out for any assistance or support. Fortunate to work with a supportive client. Great place to grow professionally. Provides avenue for growth through career development plans. The company organizes engaging company-wide activities that help build a sense of community and connection among employees. On top of the list is the flexibility to work from home, plus it's a day shift work.
    The challengesPhilippine holidays are swapped with Australian holidays. So you have to get used to it.

    The good thingsWhat I really appreciate about TBelle is the relaxed company culture. Even while working from home, the engagement activities are still consistent, which helps keep the sense of connection and team spirit alive
    The challengesSince it is a wfh set up, work-life balance is a bit of a challenge. There's sometimes a blurred line between personal and professional time which would lead to overworking. However, with the right structure and support, these challenges become manageable over time.

    The good thingsThe management and core leaders are very open to feedback and improvements. They are willing to adjust according to things being brought up to them and this is a good behavior as a growing company.
    The challengesBy far I have not encountered a challenge with the company as the managers are very understanding and considerate as long as an employee is open and honest as to their current struggles.

    Great Company with Strong Values
    The good thingsI’ve been at Tbelle for a year now, and I’m really happy with how much they focus on their values. From the start, during my interview, it was clear that values and culture are important here. I really like the monthly Values Champion awards. It’s nice to see employees being recognized for living out our values. It makes the workplace positive and friendly.
    The challengesThe current office space is really nice. However, due to the increasing number of employees, I think the workspace could be improved to accommodate the headcount and make it a more comfortable place to work.

    The challengesThe minor challenge is that, Tbelle is a young company in the BPO industry. However, this enables the employees to think of ways process wise to streamline or to apply prior work experiences to our individual roles.

    The good thingsThe company is very welcoming and the salary packages are higher than most. There are a lot of opportunities to grow with your clients and for yourself as an individual. The company makes sure that we all communicate and find time to enjoy (perfect work-life balance). The main comment that I have for Tbelle is that trust is everything. I trust them as my employer and they trust me in return as well.

    The good thingsTbelle cares for their employees, from the beginning when I started my job here they not only make sure the client is happy with our work, but they make sure the employees are well compensated and are happy with the work environment.
    The challengesThere are no challenges in working here at Tbelle, everyone looks after each other, and management does its best to make working stress free and to make everyone happy
