    The good thingsGood working environment, cool boss and workmates, privilege to have a car if you are in sales team, work will teach you many things.
    The challengesVery low salary... you salary does not compensate to your work... no career growth...

    Good working environment (boss and co-workmates) but bad top management
    The good thingsThe bosses are very jolly and helpful.. They helped me to strive in my jobs especially in reaching sales quota.. Co workmates as well are helpful and they are also jolly.. This company can offer great experience especially to the fresh graduates... they can train you well and give you great working experience.
    The challengesVery low salary and complicated management. Sometimes, the boss does not agree to the other boss which made me confused to who i will follow.. Very flexible time which does not compensate to your salary because they have very very low salary and most of the time you will work on a task that does not include to your job description.

    Good working environment but bad management
    The good thingsThe department head and supervisor assist you to strive in your job (but not totally help you in your job). they will encourage you to do your job and trust you in your capability. Good working environment especially the workmates.
    The challengesBad management. the job you have does not compensate to the salary. Very low salary, but so many work even it's not work, but you are working on it. STRESSFUL.
