    The challengesWhile TCS offers a strong foundation in global service delivery and structured workflows, there are areas that could be enhanced to support employee growth and client outcomes even further. For example, internal communication across teams can sometimes be siloed, which affects agility in fast-paced projects. Streamlining cross-functional collaboration and feedback loops would improve responsiveness.     TCS is a stable company which give you job security and above average salary but don't expect career growth/progression. And once you resigned there is no turning back. Keep that in mind.

    The challengesNo additional compensation when you get promoted. They value experience on paper but not proven skills. Unfair employee grades and pay. No free coffee. Hybrid setup is limited to several accounts only. Most managers are micromanagers. Talents here are so-so, sometimes even not competitive.

    Average company to work with
    The good thingsColleagues are nice and good to work with. Even the managers are nice and supportive. Salary is also good if you can negotiate. HMO is also good. Workplace is somewhat good, they do provide facilities that employees can use e.g pantry, recreation area etc.
    The challengesWork life balance, as every company is average. You need to work it out for yourself. Perks and benefits aside from HMO is average. Career path is somewhat vague. It's hard to determined if the criteria they give is the only basis for promotion.

    TCS is good for Fresh Grad and Experienced employee who want to settle
    The good thingsThe company provides a good starting salary for Fresh Grad, Also they offering a free online course for those who working on IT/Computer related roles which you can learn while working with them. Another is they giving the employees some rewards for their performance.
    The challengesGood fresh grad however as the time goes bye and when you reach your career about 3 to years Expect your salary would not increase too much. They offering an online courses however Promotion internally is not good. Job role is not clear for those who promoted. The management (Depending on Account) is lack of professionalism, leadership and empathy towards to their employee resulting to high attrition rate.
