    Bad management, weird internal system/measures
    The good thingsworkmates as per usual. good people around the office. not the management though
    The challengesWeird internal system. No trainings. No opportunities to move up. They try to please the clients in every way even if the employees are already suffering. VLs always denied which you should not even request in the first place. Yearly increase yay! But they add that to your non taxable allowances and not to your basic salary

    It was a good foundation to develop confidence in self expression and to gain knowledge regarding the nature of BPO
    The good thingsThe company treasures their employees, there are many instances where agents who does not perform were given opportunities through coaching and continuous guidance until improvement is seen.
    The challengesThe only challenge is health since the line of business mostly caters to graveyard shift.
