    I won’t recommend working here.
The good thingsnothing. none. not applicable.
The challengesToxic environment, Micromanaging, Toxic tenured co-workers, Rude Team Leaders, They enjoy tormenting new hires. No Work-Life Balance. It only gives me trauma, depression, and anxiety.

The good thingsLearned skills shop/revit. Dispatch in Japan but now, NO JAPAN.
The challengesSHOP. Work is there dealines/overtime, GIVEN but working with people that will not appreciate you, TOXIC. Despite you work hard, they will see your errors.

    Undercompensated wage slaves
The good thingsHelped me to be efficient since multiple deadlines are to needed to be met unconditionally. Proficiency and substantial Cad/ Bim workarounds.
The challengesNo career growth. If you don't value your time you might as well apply here. And while you're at it make sure money doesn't matter because wage stagnation is the norm in this company. Unless you are in the managerial and supervisor position.
