    Working there is one of the best experience i have

    it is so challenging working here.
    The good thingsMy colleagues are so friendly and jolly. We always work happily. I learn a lot of things while working here, like on how to talk to our foreign customers in sign language even thou sometimes some of them really don't understand what i'm asking. it really sometimes sucks them when i'm trying my best to talk to them in pure english but still i think that experience helps me to improve my communication skills.
    The challengeswhen sometimes i need to take the overtime like working for 16 hours straight just to cover the position of our absent colleagues, but it challenged me to do it happily and i'm happy that i am a big help to the company in some situations.

    Thankful that I am part of a competitive company.
    The good things• The people. I was to met wonderful people here. People who are willing to share there knowledge. • Training. My first couple of months of training here was great. I am well equipped with knowledge and skills because of their structured training. • Career advancement. Tapa King is generous enough to their employees that shows good performance and have a sense of ownership.
    The challengesI think the transistion of the company from old management to new management. This is a challenge especially if you adapt what is being parcticed before. But then change is definitely for improvement. And i think the new management see that there's a need for change.
