    Tangent is a great place to work. It may not be like other Companies that give lots of perks, benefits, and privileges, but the Management and people are supportive, accommodating, and treat you with respect. The Company also provides an Annual increase based on employee performance and an Annual Company Bonus to all its employees on top of the 13th month's pay.
    The good thingsSupportive Management to their employees and good people to work with.
    The challengesMultiple workloads and manual processes, but the Company is progressive and in the process of automation.

    Great place to work!!
    The good thingsA lot of very important aspects of being a good company is here -- specially their management and work culture. The people are amazing -- they're all polite, courteous and friendly. This can be facilitated by having a good Recruitment and Onboarding Team. And so, I can honestly recommend it to the job seekers out there.
    The challengesTo improve their pantry, dining and lunchrooms, a better coffeemaker, fridge and microwaves would be a big plus. but not crucial.

    The good thingsChallenging to determine the problem in terms of troubleshooting if it is hardware or software problem. And conduct best solution if hardware what part will be replaced. And if software what program will be install or remove to fixed the best solution.
