    Not good it is no secuty for future, they make it contratual/ cooperative.
    The good thingsExperience a lot of experience. From quality control, machine operator, forklift operator to property custodian.
    The challengesFor me to aim the highest position but, in that day's a lot of challenges because of contractualization and the other employees make union. A lot of distraction in fucos one goal. To much union busting. That time I'm already under cooperative or contractual under global coop.

    The good thingsLearn a lot of things when it comes to quality issues. Exposed in the different kind of training and seminar that helps as a person to learn a lot and applied to my day to day work basis. Enhance and develop my leadership skills.
    The challengeswork under pressure, especially when it comes to decision making. As a head of a quality assurance it needs more patience in dealing with other co-workers or related department for continuing the product that still in required standard.

    Working in Tanduay Distillers Inc - El Salvador Plant
    The good thingsTraining was done in Manila. Experience was nice, were exposed to the process and its very educational.
    The challengesWorking Environment in El Salvador Plant was very challenging. Gossips from co-employees were being entertained causing problems. Also, the compensation that were promised during hiring was not the actual being payed.
