    The good thingsAbout appraiser is the good thing and how to be a good front liner in customer. Doing a some problem about customer especially in money and jewelry.
    The challengesHow to get a good item or jewelry everyday and get a high sale in branch doing a everyday report and check the vault inventory. Lastly the security of the branch.

    The good thingsi always learned new things such as • Make monthly BIR returns for expanded (BIR form 1601-E) • Make monthly Documentary Stamp Report (BIR form 2000) • Make monthly Gross Income Tax Report (BIR form 2551-M) • Make Quarterly and Annual Financial Statement (BIR form 1702-Q&1702-RT) • Make certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld At Source (BIR form 2307) • Maintain all accounts payable records and files. • Received and record all company expenses into accounting pawnshop manager
    The challengesThe challenge work in this company is when we need to meet deadlines in paying taxes at the BIR to avoid penalties since we are the one who will shoulder the payment if ever we cannot meet the due date., as well as the financial statement, if the company is still working or not and most of all discovering such monkey business from the other department such as paying non active employment that will make the company fall.
