    Friendly Staff, Work-life balance
    The good thingsIf you are looking for a job which prioritizes work-life balance then you're in the right place! Tallant Asia takes care of its employees by making sure that tasks are delegated and deadlines are met. Hence: Client satisfaction = Happy employees :)
    The challengesThe work from home set-up is a bit challenging since you don't get to interact more with your colleagues

    A company that you'll surely love.
    The good thingsEveryone including management and clients are very nice and friendly. Very down to earth and they always sees the welfare of there satff and makes sure that staffs always have its best.
    The challengesThe only challenge is that they don't hire always coz staffs has already been with them for a long time.

    The good thingsI enjoy a lot working with tallant asia because of a stress free environment and they always value your tenuredahip.
    The challengesI cannot think any challenges at all. When pandemic started they immediatelly offered work from home for our own safety.

    Outstanding Onboarding Experience
    The good things• CEO - easy to talk to, helps you, motivates and accommodate you to your work needs. • Managers - very accommodating, whenever I have concerns or questions they helped me without hesitations and explained things properly. • Over All Team - even though we are assigned to different clients, we still get a chance to get together in a meeting, checking how we are all doing and that is very amazing to me because we are all engaged with each other, the CEO is checking us all in how are we doing with our clients, our performance at our job. Everyone is a family.
    The challenges• For me, none so far. Since, I am still currently working at home due to pandemic and for our safety.
