The challengesOne of the challenges is the mis-management, though i hope on this day it was totally dismantled all the issues. Many companies like startup has problem but it depend on how worst it is and how it handle it. I guess majority of the employees who left is the Blind Item Strategies etc. but hoping every employees has voice and tongue to send its sentiment.
