    The good thingsWorked here from 1999 to 2005 and enjoyed my time as Electro-mechanical Systems Engineer. Job security, high volume production, opportunity to learn Japanese technology, good manpower resource.
    The challengesWorking time is not flexible, slow pay rise, long and demanding hours, some managers wanted to be untouchable, IT team is a control-freak. But despite all of these challenges, I would still come back if faith brings me back here. The company could have improved by now.

    The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.
