My experience being a Free Clinician/MDR is awesome, I learned so many things being on the field, I love explaining or detailing my products, to be competitive in a good way. I get to know more people to listen to them.
The good thingsGetting to know lots of people, learn from them. Detailing and to observe other MDR like me.
The challengesNothing, cause i love working in the field and to explain my product.

Gets You Going - This company will make you work beyond what you know and has been taught to you, but this will challenge your brain and abilities to perform well at work.
The good thingsI liked almost everything in this company. My previous employer provided high salary, great benefits like HMO, Life Insurance, Allowance, Leaves, and other exciting perks. We were a small team running a multi-national company based here in the Philippines. I had no issues getting along with my colleagues and executives, everyone treated each other as a family. I also learned a lot in my experience as a Sales Admin Assistant, from our sales department to collaboration with other organization departments.
The challengesThere were so many challenges we have faced running this organization. But through good leadership of our President and other chief executives, we have successfully achieved our goals/targets. If there would be some things that may need to be improved, maybe it is to provide more trainings/seminars for all personnel.
