    experience is good, so good that you'll experience almost all kinds of works

    The challengesit wont change, this is a construction company, no social life, you need to work even in holidays, almost have no time to take a good rest.

    The good thingsGood for newly graduate Mechanical Engineer who wants to know what Career path should they take and for employees planing to retire. You can definitely learn alot of basic calculations, costing and estimate for Building Mechanical Services. The downside is Standard company calculations are way to basic and if your aimimg to work on Big consulting companies where Benefits are better ,your knowledge is way off. At most 1yr is enough with small site projects.

    The good thingsI enjoy the different challenges that my work has. I get to learn from it that challenges. I'm exposed to my professional field. I guess the not good about my work is that you're away from your family because it require you to work almost 7 days a week.
    The challengesThe challenging part of my work are you have to be versatile because you have to meet alot of people wether your client or your workers. I have to be very sensitive about their feeling.
