    A control system engineer with 10 years experience in using PLC And DCS.
    The good thingsIt was great working in TCPI, because of the people around you treat you as a member in one big family. The good relationship and teamwork is the two most important thing that have been valued to me since I worked in TCPI.
    The challengesIn my 10 year experience, very lots of challenges I have encountered. Most recently is the revamp project of PLC and DCS. This was very hard because some of the wirings have no existing diagrams it was very hard. I had to supervise 24 hours upon start up and constantly monitor the HMI to check the status of the indications. That just a part of it.
