    The good thingsThis company are under Agency., more employees contractual not give more satisfaction about this company under Agency because agency had so many deduction to the contractual like they gave the locker but you need to pay it every cut off 7 and 22 for only 10 pesos, but the 10 pesos are small amount in a single person but when we combine the 10 pesos its a large amount of money..
    The challengesThe most challenging i'd ever countered to company said, are the companionship ship about my Team Leader my leader was so terror he's so boastful when we talk about anything he so believe in his self i don't know why but tried to be a good follower to him.
