    Everyday overtime, no ot pay
The good thingsWork with a team and collaborate. Clients are known brands.
The challengesOvertime everyday. No overtime pay. Lack of people to do the work. They rely on too few people to complete the projects. There is no support or appreciation. Salary was cut down for a year but there are a lot of clients. Not even a salary increase

If you want to explore the advertising industry, this is your paradise.
The good thingsThe tons of work load is really stressful (Because, why not? It's advertising!) but the team's determination and passion for its industry is so contagious that drives you to thrive. Company wide event/s is full of fun, LOL moments and drinks! Company entry benefit package is average but the Management is actually generous to those who are deserving.
The challengesThere are employee engagement initiatives but the demands of our work sometimes limit us from joining/participating. There is also a need to establish healthy boundaries between work and personal lives - courtesy/respect on everyone's time and space.

They help in times of crisis
The good thingsThankful that the management continue to think of ways to keep the company in business. If we did not pivot early when Covid started, all of us could have lost our jobs. The office even gave us monthly allowance when there were no events and this money helped my family with our expenses. And I was allowed personal cash advance to enroll my son in online class. Im looking forward to my 10th year so I can use my retirement fund and start renovating the house. Thank you Tagline for taking care of my family.
The challengesHours are extended, but it's a given when working in an ad agency. Supervisors could help by spreading work to the team members.

    Advertising Life
The good thingsVersatile and exciting company to work for. Not a single dull moment. Management expects each department to contribute significantly to the company's bottom line.
The challengesFor an HR Professional who is used to a structured approach, the dynamics and versatility of the advertising industry would definitely challenge the norms of the HR Profession
