    For those who want to gain experience
    The good thingsTMC does provides a subsidy semiannually for regular employees and a regular annual examination for all employees which can include lab tests and cardio tests.
    The challengesCommunication is most important in the hospital such as answering to doctors' requests and learning how to communicate with others in the department and others. Be prepared to always learn from mistakes and to accept them as part of the job.
