    Great experience, All is Well.
    The good thingsEverything is Good. The Managers are kind and even the supervisors and my co-waiter and waitresses.

    I was a previous intern in the company and later on was encouraged to apply as Food and Beverage Attendant seasonal employer
    The good thingsI love working with people inside the company. Despite the challenging job of serving for members and guests, having a good set of people to work with really helped me adapt to changes and improve my growth as a first-timer employee.
    The challengesI had a problem with the transportation from going back and forth to my place to theirs due to lack of travel access schedule in our community area.

    The challengesEvery work challenged every individual capacities to be able to fullfull its duties and responsibilities. What's important is the mind set on how to deal with those challenges that comes along the way. Listen, Understand and Take necessary actions are the keys to make every challenges work.

    It was a very challenging experience and good work environment.
    The good thingsIt is a international golf club and there are so many benefits for the employees. And you can easily be a regular employee.
    The challengesThere different settlement when it comes on all the accounts of every member. And since it is a international golf club many of the members here are foreigners.

    The challengesThe challenge is that when you are at your peak, you are loved but once you've been used, the wind blow suddenly changes and you become just a trash....no value for employees. Those who work hard are never paid attention...you have to ride with the style \" palakasan\" .True, but that's the life....

    The good thingsTrust and confidence they placed in me and giving value and importance to their employees. Also, fair salary and benefits given to all employees cannot be paid by money.
    The challengesin case of auditing, the job is really tedious. This requires a lot of time, patience and full concentration on the person or item you are auditing. Also, making report after you collate/gather all the information you needed.
