    If you are a newbie to IT industry I will recommend you to this company.
    The good thingsGreat experience for those who are new to IT industry.
    The challengesLow salary. Poor management. Poor benefits and no leave policy for Technical Support Engineer to cover up duties of the client who are in leave and act as a reliever.

    unable to regularize employee/Poor management
    The good thingssystemantech has good client
    The challengesYou will be promised to work for 6 months for regularization but they will end contract for 3 months and they will hire new employees for replacement then again endo for 3 months low salary, poor management, unable to provide good service to their employees, expect a stressful work here, you will be lucky if the client is a good company. but for overall nothing happened good when I was here.

    The challengeslow salary, you will have to provide your own food, your allowance, travel allowance (because you will not just work for one company but you will work wherever they want you to go
