Overall, I find Sysgen RPO to be not just a workplace but a community where people are empowered to excel and contribute to something meaningful. It's a place where passion meets purpose, and that makes it a standout choice for anyone looking for a fulfilling career.
The good thingsThe company places a strong emphasis on professional development, providing ample opportunities for growth and learning. The support from leadership is outstanding, and there's a genuine commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
The challengesWhile my experience at Sysgen RPO has been largely positive, it's important to acknowledge that no workplace is without its challenges. As a rapidly growing company, there can be ongoing changes to processes and structures. Adapting to these changes might pose a challenge for those who prefer stability. It's important to note that individual experiences may vary, and what one person finds challenging, another may see as an opportunity for growth. These challenges are inherent to the dynamic nature of the industry and may evolve as the company continues to grow and adapt.

Average company. Nothing Wow except from WFH
The good thingsHR members are great. They accommodate their employees very well. They might have some delays but they are making sure that they give prior notice about it.
The challengesNo proper "Kumustahan". Once deployed to specific client, Managers don't care about your progress unless there will be an escalations. They don't care about our concerns. They only care for their client.
