HR is horrible, they don't care about the employee as long as they get what they want.
The good thingsNo life work balance...it is like you are in North Korea...seems like you are a robot.
The challengesI didn't enjoy working there.

To obtain a position that would best fit my qualification and development furthers my talent and skills for continuous career development.
The good thingsI have the right computer skills (Word and Excel) and experience in an office job like data entry and client file management.• Ability to work independently • To learn and be productive • Active listening • Patience • Flexibility
The challengesif you are in the logic of monolingualism, which recruits only unilinguals, ie those who speak only English

HR is the core of the company and I love how they handle their employees
The good thingsThis is the best BPO company that I worked with. Starting from the security guard up to the country head they treat each other as a family.
The challengesThe beginning is really the hard part but once you know how it works things will be easier for you. The challenging part is when you have to submit your requirements because they are very strict.

Not the best, but not the worst
The good thingsNot much. They have skip meetings, which I didn't experience in my previous companies. The company seems to be relatively new, so there's a great potential for career advancement once new accounts come in, but the company's growth is really slow in my opinion.
The challengesSome accounts can be challenging to the point that a team got dissolved. The rooms are also limited since the company only occupies 1 floor.
