    This has been the first company where I was able to literally feel the work-life balance where they don't force the employees to work when there's valid reason.
    The good things· Work-life balance · Once a week onsite (negotiable if outside 30km radius from the office) · NON-toxic environment, approachable management heads · Paid overtime
    The challenges· Work on weekends during mega campaigns like 6.6, 12.12, etc. BUT still optional, can say no if really can't go (auto-wfh & paid also)

    Misaligned core values. No direction
    The good thingsThere are some good employees trying to do well for the company
    The challengesProblematic company with weak vision and execution. Core values speak about commitment, agility, respect, and empowerment but pure lip service. HR is weak and the company has inexistent training programs. High attrition and you due to poor leadership, burnout culture, and overall weak employee experience. Will not recommend working here unless you are friends with people on top or if you are in dire need of being employed. Don't say I didn't warn you.

    The challengesstart up culture - in a negative way. weak HR and no formal training. overwork culture. company core values say they care but do not live it. high turnover. overall do not recommend this company unless you just want to earn cash for a short period of time
