Decision-making and influence in the MC Sales department seem to be concentrated with one person
The good thingsIt’s a good company with good benefits, but the pay is relatively low—particularly if you lack experience in the role or aren’t comfortable negotiating salary. Still, it’s a decent starting point if you need work and want to build experience
The challengesThe MC Sales department has a reputation for internal politics, and several employees have left because of issues linked to one particular individual. Despite questions about performance, this person continues to hold strong influence, which impacts morale and team dynamics. It creates a challenging environment, especially for employees who are committed to growing with the company and contributing long term

One of the best entry level job
The good thingsSince this is a multi-national company, of course the benefits is relatively greater than local companies. The wage is above average and despite of economic crisis, the bonuses seems art of the culture. Nice to be here if you are a newbie and want to learn everything in the corporate world.
The challengesNo career path. Though the security of tenure is there but as you grow older with the company, you will realized you are stuck in your position in the last 5 or 6 years. Worst, you will perform on the key positions as "acting managers or acting supervisors but your salary is the same and somehow in the long run, they will ask you to justify yourself why they need to "officially" promote you by asking you to make "PROJECT PROPOSALS" WHERE'S THE FRIES! you have already functioned on the task or job higher on your current position but you need to justify why you need to get that position. If you wont submit proposals, then they will outsource outside which you know doesn't possess the knowledge and experience needed in the job and once part of the org, the one they hire will eventually ask your inputs and help to perform the job. LOLS

What youd expect in a company
The good thingsAll the benefits here are nice. It is like a complete package an employee would ask for. Some people are nice.
The challengesPeople need to benchmark on other auto companies on how they are dealing. The office is so un-office-like. everyday doing 5s but it is still dirty. The AC is on low level because of kaizen, I cant work well in a room temperature office, I always sweat. My nature of job is mismatched with my previous skills. The culture is full of nosy people and they always report what are you doing to your superior at your back. I dont like that. You need to have a "thesis" for your promotion. Vertical promotion is common practice here. It is hard to commute. I hope they could improve on employee-to-employee relationship.
