    Not a good place to work, especially for fresh grads due to the toxic environment and the management, tends to be power tripping.
    The good thingsMy officemates are friendly.
    The challengesToxic environment and poor management. On the first day, managers don't provide any training or guidance, they just assign tasks without explaining anything. They often blame employees without addressing what was done wrong. Management clearly has favorite employees, who get most of the responsibilities, while others are overlooked or ignored.

    Training Allowance for Store Supervisors
    The good thingsMaybe the training materials and training itself.
    The challengesThey let you go training and store immersion without even passing all the requirements. No one discuss regarding the training allowance. We didn't even get the amount which was stated on the JO. As per HR you can only get the amount on the JO if you are already hired as an employee. Then why do this company let us trained and have store immersion if we are not yet totally employeed? HR employees are also very unprofessional they always say words that is below the belt. I will make follow up to DOLE regarding my concern.

    It was really exciting to work in a Fashion retail industry most especially to the famous clothing brand which is BENCH

    The challengesIt’s ironic that this company is considered as one of the top local clothing brand here in Philippines and yet their system and process is not top of the line. No wonder a lot of people left this company.

    I had a great team here at Suyen.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because I've been wanting to be in a Creative Design position in a fashion industry way before I got hired here. I got the position and the team were great.
    The challengesIt's just that the working hours are too long that I'm out of our home for 13 hours or more even if the office is just a couple of kilometer near my house. There's no company outing either and I didn't even received my health card even if I'm almost 2 years in the company already. The only benefit I'm holding in this company is the position that I'm in and the big brand that I can put on my resume for my next job. But I wouldn't have left anyway if there wasn't pandemic. But the oandemic is bringin me into a different level of position. Gladly, I got my own company now and surely learn from the experience here at Suyen.

    The good thingsGood workmates to be with. Can easily adopt by the novice people in the retail industry. What good about this company is they are accepting fresh graduates that is seeking for a great opportunity.
    The challengesim the only cashier in that retail store I just find it hard cause I need to duty from opening up to closing shift everyday. Other than that, there is no problem at all.
