    It is a non-toxic environment and our voices can be heard.
    The good thingsWork/Life balance is great. I get to play music on stage while keeping my work in tact.
    The challengesChallenges were minimal. Of course, we always need to make sure we pass the training and maintain our metrices, just like regular BPO company.

    Employees are well managed from rge day you got hired until your backpay. Wish to work there again.
    The good thingsEverything's good except their pantry. Expensive yet cheap tasting lunch food. Ew haha. Good thing is you have kalayaan food court opens 24/7.

    The good thingsWhat I like the most are the facilities, account leaders, and the way the management treat their employees by hearing their insights and taking their complaints seriously. And what I love about Sutherland is that they value Integrity the most.

    The good thingsI love how the management is very engaging and that the people I work with are very fun to be with and very approachable. There are engagements and events here and there which helps keeping the workplace somewhat exciting and not stressful.
    The challengesIt would be the workload, despite the fun experience, the workload of course is something that can be quite a challenge as for me. It's not always that hard though as there will be times that the job becomes a little bit too easy, you just have to learn to enjoy it and make the best out of every situation.
