    The good things>when the Manager knew you do have a skill to be trained to be promoted to an outright position, she / he will refer you to other branch that she's / he's handling.. also, you could be referred to other company that was under the supervision of SSI's department >the things that you learn here will be useful when you, work to other company (discipline, work routine, etc.)
    The challengesyou must.. >ensure daily sales have been established >make your cubicle dust free / clean >ensure your item is on good condition >make a daily check to my items at the stock room / warehouse / selling area >conduct monthly inventory of items >execute a good quality display of items >coordinate with your area manager, colleagues & SM SSI's supervisor whenever needed
