    The good thingsThey treat every employees as part of their family. Every employees enjoy working. The working environment makes the works easy and enjoyable. There are few stressful times but at the end of the its what what you can do to lessen that matters. They encourage people to think of a solution to the problem and not think of the problem as problem but another opportunity to enhance or improve yourself.
    The challengesTeamwork. Teamwork really matters. I'm not saying that they lack teamwork but merely they should put more effort to improve it. Once the chain of work is disrupted it could only lead to disaster. You can never blame an office mates but rather try to help them not just your department. And of course a higher salary. Every employee works their best. They should consider increasing it more often.
