Felt like I was an Intern :)The good thingsGood and understanding colleagues. Good food, free lunch. Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.). Flexible Time! Reimbursement of meals and transpo when you do store visit/s.
The challengesIf you're new, it will take a while for them to give you responsibilities. There's no proper training, no one to teach you how to do things unless you beg for someone to teach you. And the office is too far for me (I live in QC).
