I learned a lot from this company and the people I worked with were wonderful. This is the same experience some of the people I worked with, also had.
The good thingsManagers are very knowledgeable and understanding so working under them was a breeze. They are also very willing to mentor anyone in the team and they know how to take care of staff under them. Executives are also friendly and generous.
The challengesThe office is a bit too tight but they are understanding about family matters. No proper pantry where everyone can face each other and enjoy meals and company of other people in the company during the time I was there but I think there has been lots of improvement since because of renovations and expansions.

I worked as a HR Officer and I dealt with all employee relation concerns.
The good thingsMy manager was generous, understanding, and whenever he's around he bonds with the employees well. Salary is always on time as well as the release of benefits and incentives.
The challengesThe company should conduct more training and seminars for site staff. In that way, the employees will improve in their respective designations/position and it can contribute to their career growth and development.

The good thingsI have learnt tremendously that managing a business with family members either by affinity or consanguinity is not always good. Sometimes, those loyal to the company were not given what is due them and the new ones were given too much. This company has managed to be on top with the help of small people from the province, all equipped with might and brains, thereby catapulting Sunwest to success.
The challengesThe management could have done all efforts to commend and compensate those who have shown enough dedication to their craft, and should have exhibited sheer professionalism in treating their employees.
