Good if you will pursue journalism
The good thingsYou will learn a lot here if you will pursue journalism.
The challengesWork can be stressful at times. It's difficult to gauge your working hours since you don't have a specific time to go home, at least in the department I worked on.

It was a wonderful exposure and learning experience for me.
The good thingsThe company is supportive and motivates us well. I like transacting business and meeting all kinds of people specially business entrepreneur large, medium and small scale. Travels and training for free and the daily challenges you encounter and most specially the achievement and the opportunity to grow. With all these experience i gain a lot of connections and exposure and discoveries both my skills and other opportunities that i don't know of.
The challengesThe only challenge of every company is to have a long term plan in terms of change and to for see ahead. And how to coop up and adapt to, or with new trends in the future such as hard print to online. Develop more people on there skill and ability to be competitive and achievers. And most importantly is the out most support by the company towards its manpower needs in order to succeed. And hire people that meet expectations both multi tasking and team work.

    The good things---
The challengesSupervisory personnel should not only be qualified in terms of skill, knowledge and experience but also in handling and working with their subordinates. Respect, camaraderie and teamwork should be present within the organization. Improvements should be done in terms of equipment used by all employees. Staff should also not be asked to shoulder work related expenses using their personal finances.
