This company nurtured me the value of having a solid foundation of high integrity and professionalism.
The good thingsI learned a lot. I was encouraged to challenge myself to the limit. Being the youngest (during my time), I was able to express/speak my mind and thoughts/opinions freely.
The challengesYou have to achieve your projected monthly/yearly sales and since I was able to achieve each and every month's target, I get to enjoy all the perks /incentives provided. All efforts were well compensated and worth it.

Not that bad but not that good either.
The good thingsIf you're an individual who loves to experience extra-curricular activities like intercompany sportsfest, outings with the bunch of outgoing people, and challenges when it comes to your work load, Then this company is just right for you! If you're already a regular employee, you are entitled for leave with pay, monthly rice subsidy, mid-year bonus, monthly allowance-after a year of being regular.
The challengesAs for my position as an Accounting staff, I do a lot of multi-tasking which kinda makes my work hard. I sometimes cant finish my assigned task for that particular day because a lot of \"insert\" work, as I may call it, are being passed through me. And to be exact all of those work/task are urgent. So it's kinda hard to assigned which is to prioritize.

The good thingsPeople were so workaholic and they never argue to render overtime if production needs the most of them to achieve the target, they are very well objective towards the given task in production area. As an engineer, i can say that opportunities in working this company can enhance the capabilities and abilities to show what you can do in terms of processes and standard operating procedures in effect.
The challengesThe JD did not properly organize and delegate to a certain position, overlapping of authority happens infront of our naked eye. A position which is not for it is given to which i found out that it's not quite good in handling responsibilities beyond your capabilities. The career path is unlikely not followed base on the course of a specific employee. Employees just do what capable them to.
