Over time, you get used to the challenges, and they help sharpen your analytical & technical skills
The good thingsDuring the pandemic, this company stood out as one of the most remarkable. They provided shuttle services to ensure employees’ safety, and the HMO coverage was far beyond what I expected. They also offer stock shares annually, depending on the company’s revenue. Even in a work-from-home setup, you never feel alone because the management is very accommodating and transparent. Special kudos to my supervisor, who boosted my confidence and guided me toward the role I aspired to. Overall, I truly enjoyed working here. As an IT graduate with no prior solar industry experience, I never felt out of place. The company welcomed me, and working alongside professional engineers was both comfortable and inspiring.
The challengesThe company moves very fast, with new products and updates almost every week. Learning something new weekly and monthly can be challenging, but if you’re the type of person who enjoys discovering new things, you definitely won’t get bored here. Working in this company allows you to see how the solar industry changes constantly. Every day brings something new, making the experience both exciting and rewarding.

The challengesBad executive leadership since 2021.

A constant stream of challenges, never a dull moment.
The good thingsGood benefits and salary comparing with other PH company in Laguna. Wide range of possible career/department area to start off. A lot of systems that can add to your experience. If you can handle stress, this is for you.
The challengesKind of toxic environment, management can't handle professionally company problems. Poor communication or lack thereof. Keep their team members in the dark about important decisions. Left and right politics.

    Excellent company to build experience
The good thingsGreat working environment Good training ground as you will be assigned various ad hoc tasks.
The challengesAccounting staff are stretched to its limit due to impossible deadlines and short staffing. Company is also in a downturn and have experienced lay offs/business sell off. Working on a shifting schedule is also a challenge and will take a toll on your health in the long run.

Company with Good Salary and HMO Benefits but the job will take a toll on your health.
The good thingsStaffs in the Philippines are friendly and considerate. It's a good training ground and you can develop new skills. You can talk freely to many people even to the Managers.
The challengesThe working schedule is pitiless, especially for accountants. The accounting team is always stretched to its limits because of the short headcount and processes are so manual. No clear direction and guidance. The recruitment process is also slow.
