    The good thingsCompany is generous.
    The challengesA management that you can not trust. You are getting bigger role and workload yet no additional compensation. They keep promising promotion for you to hold on but years past by no promotion, no documents, no increase. Just working beyond your contract. They are the one benefit and saved. When time comes, you ask about it, management will take it against you. And once they are done,they will junk you!. All reports are urgent.

    The good thingsThey taught me well on what to expect and learn in the industry of retail. They trusted me to do store immersions and field works and listened to my reports on such store sales and historical sales that were given to me. They gave me enough work and did not leave me in the office doing nothing or be unproductive. They oriented me well with their products and put into mind that customers are indeed important.
    The challengesThe challenges in working with the company would primarily be being careful into answering the customers' concerns. It is very vital for the company that you do not make a single mistake to aggregate the customers' dissatisfaction with their in store experience.

    I loved every moment of my internship at Sunnies!
    The good thingsThe environment is so light and so nice. The HQ is definitely aesthetically pleasing and surely an Instagram worthy place to be in. The co-workers are so friendly and so are the directors. Also, there are so much perks that they give you, definitely a plus.
    The challengesAs someone handling customer service, you'll be able to challenge your problem solving skills and your patience in a daily basis. Dealing with different types of customers will definitely keep your mind challenged and improve as you go on.
