NOT SO GOOD BUT NOT SO BAD
The good thingsthe people working here are enjoyable to be with. nice working environment, but the management and the rules are not so good for the employees. even if it's stressfull we still find ways to be happy because the co workmates are fun to be with. it feels like home for the whole time.
The challengesthey should learn to take care of their employees.. give importance even to those who are in lower poaitions.. listen to the voice of the majority not only on the team leaders or supervisors and managers.
