    Don't work here, save your time and yourself.
    The good thingsDon't work here the HR itself is unfair to its co-workers, giving some advantage on favorite workers haha.
    The challengesCommunication was often unclear or inconsistent, which led to confusion and frustration among staff. In some cases, concerns raised by employees were left unresolved for weeks or even months, affecting morale and productivity on the ground.

    The good thingsSome people were nice, workload is manageable, very easy.
    The challengesSome co-workers were toxic and had bad attitude and values. Management didn’t give solution to the conflicts between people. Very one sided.

    A fun, challenging and worth of your time and gain a lot of experience
    The good things1. Free to learn almost everything be it process or work 2. Management are investing on their employees which means a lot of knowledge to acquire through training and seminars 3. Helpful coworkers and enjoyable to be with 4. Many great events and social gatherings 5. Employer is aiming higher to be number one which will need everyone's help and attention 6. Got lots of fun things to do
    The challenges1. Stress and lacking in personnel 2. Have to deal with people who lacks discipline but possible to straighten up 3. 1 Km walk to staff house but still waiting for the plan of constructing somewhat nearer
