    The good thingsVery flexible work and abundance of growth opportunities. Colleagues are also friendly and will guide new employees from beginning until they get used to it. Expectations on each employee are also high which will challenge everyone to perform at there best.
    The challengesSome types of work are very technical but nevertheless, you will learn everything via experience and from your colleagues and/or teammates
