    The good thingsThis company is so passionate on its mission to insure the lives of the Filipino the people, but moreso its employees. I have been into different employers but no one comes close to this company when it comes to caring to its employees. The president is the most hands-on, inspiring, charming and approachable leader I know! Family is the culture of this company.
    The challengesThe usual monthly quota is the challenge you will encounter but since I am into sales division, this is expected. But what makes this company enjoyable despite challenges are the supportive leaders and teammates.
