    I love this company it molds me to be a better employee, I learned almost everything in here, since I have to be adaptable and I have to learn everything in my department so I could work on everything. I have to fit myself on every work my co-workers do so i could fill in my co-workers work when they are not available I learn purchasing skills, and other i learned to work in safety. If i could reincarnate I would still work in here :)

    The good thingsThey offer good benefits from accommodation, laundry, transportation, leaves, Airfare (this depends on your origin/assignment) and the likes They offer out of the country opportunities that would help employees to grow 😊
    The challengesTaking calls, emails & work even if you were on leave Handling task even if beyond your scope With that, you'll realize "wow i did it" Working even during official holidays and "sometimes" even during a not so good weather 😁 And yes, understanding that Manager's is human as we are, they do get angry 😊

    The good thingsGreat benefits and accommodation. Lot of available leaves for a year. Great place for freshman since you'll learn a lot from structural to finishing with high standards for quality and safety.
    The challengesLot of leaves but can't avail all. Slow progress in terms of salary increase. Life and work balance is very hard to maintain especially for single.

    Very nice company if you want to get very good experience as engineer
    The good thingsYou will enjoy big bonus if there will be a lot of projects within the year but it still depends on how generous the management is. There are lot of benefits. Not so strict working environment. Very friendly staff and managers.
    The challengesThe challenge is you will be given works even beyond your scope of work. Sometimes you have to work even sundays and holidays. Low basic salary even for licensed engineers.
