    A good Company to start a Job.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of the camaraderie of our fellow warehousemen. good salary, our bosses in the main office although strict but understanding.
    The challengesSo much pressure, especially if the material is out of stock, packing, and farm mats. always calling the main warehouse with high priority, even though there are planners assigned, we are calling or being called even in the middle of the night, or even when you are on leave. Company Politics is as usual.

    The good thingsthere's a lot of challenges working in this company the people you will meet are rare. very different they will challenge you to become an expert team player.
    The challengesgreatest challenges working for this company is the fact that every decision and move you make should be political. You have to know how to play the game of politics because politics here is extreme and too much.

    The good thingsfirst 2 years of the company is very well managed or run by the desired or capable individual which in mind to attain productivity. expansion has grown,many got employed and as a worker you can earn incentives through productivity.
    The challengesbecause of incentives scheme based on productivity, many of the bright boys are sorted to table data, they will present a very good productivity on board but the actual performance of the farm is way beyond the expected outcome, the result is reshuffling of the heads those who talks so well but not performing well in the actual performance of thier productivity gets promoted.
