    The good thingsGood working environment. the equipment's, machines are well tested prior to mass production. The company adopted their mother company policy (simple thinking communication). A global company, lots of linkages. Complete materials for working. Good training for operators prior to mass production, the operator is not allowed to use the machine unless he/she is properly trained and pass the exam.. that what we call competence.
    The challengesI understand that that the company is a manufacturing/production company and the supervisors are very much specialized and strict when it comes to meeting required outputs. But the problem is they are unaware or not knowledgeable when it comes to quality, safety and environmental aspects. Limited training's. Easy Promotion - The management shall make strict review regarding the capability, educational attainment, skills of employee prior to his/her promotions. The salary is too low. High turnover ratio Politics - Too many unprofessional employees :)

    The good thingsThe workforce majority (employees) are young and the company is new. The policies, benefits and working conditions can be improved. The Japanese executives are open to new ideas and they are friendly. Supervisors came from different companies and can share their best practices to help the company achieve its Mission and Vision.
    The challengesThe company should make policies and procedures different from their other sister companies. The Officers should bear in mind that SPWS is different from other branches therefore should have unique and new sets of rules. Senior employees should be open to their subordinates ideas and suggestions for the company and its employees benefit.
