    It's an adventure of a lifetime!
    The good thingsMy everyday basis. Working with happy people, communicating and interacting with different kinds of people which molds you to become a better guest service person. Giving ideas to the guests about dolphins and othermarine animakls that can be seen in Ocean Adventure. Especially the children.. I am happy that I gave them a little educational thoughts and experienced that at the end of the tour they will take selfies with me and say thank you Miss Ane. Very fulfilling job. Indeed!
    The challengesThe competition of the managements for positions. It's ok but sometimes they do things that they should not do for the sake of greed. Worst!

    one of my best job ever
    The good thingsWorking in a theme park is always fun. You get to work in a service oriented industry and the works I did is not typical compared to other companies. I get to be involved in importation of live animals - how cool is that?! This is one of the greatest projects I ever handled. I was exposed to deal with foreign counterparts and different government agencies.
    The challengesThe Company provided Health Insurance to all employees and well as compliant with all government mandated fees. However, Insurance coverage only starts upon regularization of employment, thus all probationary employees are not covered by any medical insurance. This can be improved be providing medical coverage upon start of employment.
