    Everyone has opportunity to grow
    The good thingsMusic. Since most of its employees are members of their own band. They will give you a chance to grow and encourage you to improve yourself.
    The challengesThere are times that you need to work during weekends and holidays.

    I grew the most during my stay here.
    The good thingsAutonomy and trust. As long as business numbers are set, met, and surpassed -- all is good. The great thing is that we work in an industry that grows daily, advances in a dynamic way, and that working with the team we have just really pushes you in ways you didn't know existed.
    The challengesI would say the size, that's about it.
