    This is an honest review
The good things1. Majority of the people are down-to-earth including the management. 2. Good for IT graduates who wanted to focus on programming as they have a lot of training for programmers. 3. The management listens to you whenever you have a concern to your colleague and client. 4. They are supportive to the devices that you need in order to be productive in your work.
The challenges1. Small IT company 2. Few clients means few options 3. Their office is really small and was just residing in a condominium turned office setup -- unless you are deployed to the client. 4. No proper trainings for non-programmers. They focused more on the programmers. 5. Benefits are poor since they are still a small company. 6. Their every-Friday drinking session inside the office is a 100% OFF for me. 7. Needs more parking slot

    Honest review on Stratpoint
The good things1. Lots of trainings (from colleagues and outside work) 2. They shoulder certification and training costs
The challenges1. Poor people management - they really need to learn how to lead 2. No OT pay and perks 3. Stressful work environment due to our manager's inability to lead (such as calls during your vacation/holidays/weekends/company party/after work forcing you to work again). No work-life balance here. 4. Salary and benefits not competitive

Good for learning, not suitable for long-term career position.
The good thingsA lot of learning oppurtunities! You can learn a lot of stuff and they also support you if you wanted to take certifications or venture to new technologies. I highly suggest to take advantage learning during your tenure here.
The challengesVery poor people management. If you highly prioritize your mental health, think twice before applying here.

    Only for new grads...
The good thingsFlexible schedule. Some of the staff are friendly.
The challengesThey are too focused on certifications but lacks experience and expetise on actual footwork of the actual projects, especially in the delivery and managing projects. Still striving to what particular technology they are really good at. Employee benefits and packages are not competitive. Good if you are a new graduate.

    20 years in the industry?
The good things- Flexi-time - Experimenting new technologies - Good exposure for new grads
The challenges- Office is so bare. Inadequate ventilation. That is why people are getting sick. - Noisy environment. Some people really don't mind disturbing others. - Admin and operations are still bureaucratic. - Poor people management especially on allocating people and projects. - You'ill be seeing people coming in 12 noon. - Benefits and packages are not competitive.

    Poor people management
The good thingsThey want to explore new technologies.
The challengesBenefits and compensation not that competitive. They brag on 20 years in the industry but still a startup? Management is struggling to hold on their talents due to the low benefits and perks of the company.

Good training for new grads only.
The good thingsFree coffee! You can time-in anytime you want.
The challengesToo many cockroaches, considering they have weekly pest controls in the building! An open office, expect noise level to the max! Benefits and packages are not that competitive.

Good career growth especially to fresh graduates.
The good thingsPeople management is awesome.
The challengesSalary increase is abysmal. They have this ceiling system where a certain position has a salary range and you cannot go any further unless you get promoted.
