    I still managed to learn more about IT despite having the worst IT team lead of all time.
    The good thingsYou can learn by yourself since most Team lead here is not good. Friendly.
    The challengesNo proper training, Low compensation, Travel accomodation is not good, worst IT team lead, Assigned in different company that is out of the contract, Contractual, Travel allowance is not good,

    hopeless employee
    The good thingswith benefits but you don't have the privilege to use it especially on emergency situation. no bonus and salary increase doesn't fit on your performances and evaluation.
    The challengesactually no difficulties in working on the company. there are only times that when you want to take a rest it so difficult to scheduled your rest day.
