    Worked 4+ years part-time at Straive as a data encoder, consistently delivering accurate and timely data entry with strong attention to detail.
    The good thingsWhat I like the most about working is the opportunity to learn new skills and improve every day. I enjoy tasks that challenge me to be detail-oriented and organized because it helps me grow professionally.
    The challengesWhat I don’t like the most is when communication is unclear or instructions are vague, as it can lead to mistakes and inefficiencies. However, I always try to address this by asking questions and seeking clarification to ensure I fully understand the task.

    The good thingsI only liked the flexible working schedule, abundance in leave credits and it is usually weekends and holidays off

    My experience at the company has been rewarding, with opportunities to grow professionally, work flexibly, and overcome challenges that enhanced my skills and adaptability.
    The good thingsThe positive aspects of working at the company include the full work-from-home setup, the provision of a company device if needed, and the once-a-month office visit, which creates a perfect balance of flexibility and occasional in-person collaboration.
    The challengesDemanding nature of the work and adapting to the graveyard schedule, though I’ve come to appreciate its advantages at times.

    I would not recommend this company, and for those who looking for good opportunity and good compensation avoid this BPO firm because they are not equal employer. The management only wants is their company interest and the company is profiteering because they don't mind their employee who work hard for their everyday operations.
    The good thingsA working environment where you can gain more friends and new skills and experiences.
    The challengesThe management is too strictly to productivity even in reality is not possible to meet there standard and quality and the compensation is very low not matched with the responsibilities and complexity of work due to multiple process need to apply and comply.

    My experience is great in terms of skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
    The good thingsI've been a desktop publishing/layout artist/typesetter for almost 8 years in the BPO industry. It was the best experience to have knowledge about Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. I am still looking for new opportunities and skills in order to upgrade myself. I have the skills to recreate files from PDFs exported to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Microsoft Office. These PDF files include eBooks, journals, handbooks, magazines, and flyers.
    The challengesThe challenges I had encountered were how I could handle and control myself during the pressure process. I could complete the task ahead of the deadline.
