    A company that cares
    The good thingsThey give you enough room for growth. It has improved and a lot of projects are coming in! They have a HERO culture which means employees should be Happy, Engaged, Results-oriented & Open-and-honest! The leaders are approachable, every comment is constructive. I've been working for almost 8 years, 4 years in different companies and I'm confident to say that StraightArrow has the best organization out there.
    The challengesnone at the moment. Everything is working smoothly at this point!

    Better places out there
    The good thingsFriendly co-workers. Employees are friendly enough but cannot help much because they too are overloaded.
    The challengesWork expected is too much for 1 person. No prioritization, all are urgent. Just keeps on dumping work for you.

    A great company that cares for their employees
    The good thingsThis company has great benefits; but not only that, they also listen to the needs of their employees. Feedbacks are well heard. Suggestions will not fall on deaf ears. Aside from a good management, the working environment here is great. They truly have a team of great people with an open and honest culture. You'll also get your work life balance here, no questions asked for planned vacation leaves.

    A company that feels like family
    The good thingsExcellent Managing Director/Owner. She's superb and her positive energy just naturally flow to whoever she get's in touch with. It is a company where you almost know everyone from different departments/account. HR is very approachable. We have security guards who has been with the company longer than most of the employees.
    The challengesNeeds improvement in providing support, training and mentoring to the new team leaders.

    The good thingsThe people are amazing at StraightArrow. They’re helpful, driven and passionate about what they do. The office space is very stylish and modern with good equipment. The pantry is in the roofdeck where you can get a wonderful sunset view. Training and certifications like Adobe, Google, Marketing Automation and the like are provided to advance skills. Added non-conventional bonuses include monthly pamper benefits, free breakfast/ snacks and attendance incentives.
    The challengesSince it is an outsourcing company, though minimal, expect changes in shifts. There is also no work from home option. Traffic along C5 is worsening. Food options are limited to SM Hypermart Pasig, Tiendesitas and other nearby establishments. Opportunity to advance career is competitive. There are over 200 creatives. KPIs and KRAs are observed. Definitely not for the lazy.

    Best Engineering Team (WEB)
    The good thingsI found pleasure in working with their WEB team - one of the best. It was very easy for us to shift strategies because their code was flexible enough to handle the changes. Large scale mobile apps usually takes 6 months to ship, but with them, it takes a lot less. They have learning sessions on Fridays - which is awesome. They care about you - they really do.

    StraightArrow provided me a great opportunity to start in the industry.
    The good thingsThey're pretty flexible with their processes, and have a fun working environment. There's a mix of healthy food options and popular, less healthy ones in the pantry for team members to enjoy. Work-life balance is great, too!
    The challengesClients and projects are hard to come by, so there are times that there's little work to do, but you can always find a way to be productive and help out with internal projects.

    The good thingsi enjoyed working here because of the environment. People are nice and fun. The computers are top of the line. The Support group like IT are very accommodating and the salary is competitive. Management are very friendly. The company has shuttle service. Benefits are great!
    The challengesThey usually give 13th month bonus on the 20th of December which is holiday rush. if they could give employees like additional benefits like retirement benefits would be great. If the company could also give employees a survey for their superiors would be also a great thing to give a sense of balance.
