    The good thingsprofessionally, great experiences of working with this company. earning and learning a lot of knowledge, techniques, tools, and more so giving me a chance to work well in global transactions. in terms of benefits, the company provides what is really due and good for the employees.
    The challengesevery task is actually really challenging, and for me this is normal. the usual or common challenge for me then is on how to deal with your peers and bosses because this is a test on how to work well with yourself leadership and strategic style of being a manager as well as an employee of the company.
