I'm working with flexible work environment and I handled both senior high school and copege students.
The good thingsThe good things is best work teching experience and highly innovative school in Santarosa. The students here is advance because of the curiculum.
The challengesThe challege is base on the students differences like type of learning that we are applying in order to cope the topic or subjects easily. Much applicable medium much better to understand.

    real challenge
The good thingsThey use ELMS, an approach that tends to ease the burden of the teachers to make/look for audio-visual presentations. Class records are electronically made and submitted, nothing to worry about formula to use. The college dean considers the schedule given by the teacher (in my case, it happens always).
The challengesThe administration lacks support to the students whenever they compete outside. Literally NO WORK NO PAY, though we have existing laws about working and remuneration. Loads of job roles and duties. Teachers are underpaid; the salary does not commensurate the skills, qualifications, and/or achievements. No proper benchmarking for salary and ranking.
